Role Overview:

As the Events Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in planning and executing strategic events that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and business growth. With your expertise in B2B field marketing, you’ll manage all aspects of event logistics for global conferences, trade shows, and other key industry events, ensuring each event delivers a world-class experience that aligns with our client's ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive event marketing plans for major industry conferences, trade shows, and custom events, all aimed at maximizing brand exposure and lead generation.
• Logistics Management: Oversee the end-to-end logistics of company participation in events, including booth design, sponsorships, speaker coordination, and managing travel arrangements for the team.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and marketing teams to align event strategies with broader company goals and drive measurable results.
• Post-Event Reporting: Track event performance and share detailed insights on lead generation, engagement, and overall ROI to optimize future event strategies.
• Vendor & Partner Management: Cultivate strong relationships with event organizers, vendors, and sponsors to maximize opportunities and ensure seamless event execution.
• Content & Branding: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure all event materials and messaging are aligned with the company’s brand and market positioning.

What We’re Looking For:

• 3 years of experience in event or field marketing, with a strong background in working for or on behalf of B2B global software companies (must have).
• Proven experience in planning and managing logistics for conferences, trade shows, and large-scale events (must have).
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines simultaneously.
• A solid understanding of how to leverage events for lead generation, brand awareness, and business growth within the tech startup space.
• Experience working cross-functionally and influencing stakeholders across various teams.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment with a hands-on approach.
