What You’ll Do:


As a Sales Development Manager, you will lead a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve exceptional results. Your role will be pivotal in driving pipeline growth, building foundational processes, and contributing to the overall success of Cyberhaven.


This is a builder role, ideal for someone who thrives in creating and refining processes, crafting sequences, and establishing systems from the ground up. We’re looking for individuals who can adapt, overcome obstacles, and execute with precision in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.


You will also align with our organizational objectives, which include improving inbound conversion rates across all sources, with a goal of 10% conversion to meetings. At Cyberhaven, we focus on revenue-driven results, compensating on meetings with next steps (qualified opportunities) rather than just completed meetings.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Lead and Develop: Build, coach, and inspire a high-performing team of SDRs to exceed goals and objectives.
  • Strategize and Execute: Implement and drive outbound prospecting strategies to identify and engage key accounts.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with marketing to execute account-based marketing programs and align with the broader sales organization to achieve shared objectives.
  • Refine Processes: Develop and maintain SDR best practices, including pitches, objection handling, and qualification processes.
  • Achieve Targets: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly team goals for inbound and outbound pipeline generation.
  • Optimize Systems: Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in Salesforce, while leveraging tools like Outreach, Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and ZoomInfo to maximize team efficiency.
  • Represent Leadership: Serve as a key member of the sales leadership team, providing insights, reporting on progress, and contributing to strategic planning.
  • Innovate: Drive test-and-learn initiatives and leverage a data-driven mindset to optimize decision-making and team performance.


Who You Are


  • Experienced Leader: 3 years of experience managing and leading high-performing business or sales development teams in hyper-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity environments.
  • Outbound Expert: Proven expertise in outbound prospecting strategies and execution.
  • Builder Mindset: Passion for creating processes, crafting sequences, and establishing foundational systems to drive success.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Salesforce, Outreach, Nooks/Orum, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and marketing automation tools.
  • Analytical Thinker: Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Skilled Communicator: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and align your team.
  • Goal-Oriented: A consistent track record of meeting or exceeding team and individual goals.
  • Social Media Savvy: Proficient in using LinkedIn, Twitter, blogs, and monitoring tools to drive prospecting success.
