Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Operations Associate to join our dynamic team at Cyberhaven. In this critical role, you will oversee the sales operations function, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the sales organization. You will work closely with sales leadership, finance, and other cross-functional teams to optimize processes, analyze sales performance, and implement strategies that support our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deal Desk Management: Assist the sales team in generating accurate and compliant quotes, ensuring alignment with pricing guidelines, discount policies, and approval workflows. Oversee the preparation, review, and completion of order forms, ensuring all terms and conditions are accurate and properly documented. Manage the electronic signature process via DocuSign, ensuring timely execution and distribution of documents to internal and external stakeholders. Ensure all deal desk activities adhere to company policies and legal requirements, minimizing errors and streamlining deal closure.
Data Management and Reporting: Oversee the management of sales data, ensuring accuracy and accessibility. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide insights into sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting.
Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication across the organization.
Process Improvement: Continuously identify and implement improvements to sales processes, tools, and technologies to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
Experience: 3 years of experience in sales operations
Technical Expertise: Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Excel.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.

The estimated base salary for this role is $126k to $160k. This estimate can vary based on the factors described above, so the actual starting annual base salary may be above or below this range. This estimate is also just one component of Cyberhaven's total rewards package.
