About the Role:
The Junior Planning Supervisor plays a critical support role in the Field Operations team and is based in the Denver office (Littleton, CO). Reporting to the Director, US Operations, this position assists in the coordination of planning operations for the US field teams, focusing on resource allocation, scheduling, and workflow support.

Job Responsibilities:
· Daily Mobilization Support: Assist in preparing and distributing daily mobilization plans for field teams.
· Risk Assessments & Safety Support: Help review and manage Risk Assessment & Management (RAM) processes in collaboration with the Aviation team.
· Scheduling & Coordination: Support scheduling of safety training and field skills training with Lead Pilots and Aviation team members.
· Training Tracking: Maintain and update ISN records as necessary for field-based activities.
· Operational Problem-Solving: Assist in resolving on-the-ground issues such as access challenges and equipment availability.
· Equipment & Resource Coordination: Support the Equipment Team in tracking and coordinating equipment logistics to ensure field teams have the necessary resources.
· Knowledge Transfer & Compliance: Help integrate Cyberhawk's global operational standards into US Operations to maintain consistency and compliance.
· Data & Reporting: Compile and analyze planning-related data to identify trends and potential process improvements.
· Accommodation Booking: Assist field teams in booking long-term accommodations, ensuring adherence to project budget.
· Timesheet Tracking: Compile and notate the bi-weekly timesheet tracker for approval in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
· Associate’s degree, technical certification, or equivalent experience in geography, engineering, project management, logistics, or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail, scheduling abilities, and a methodical approach to documentation.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (essential for reporting and analysis).
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and balance multiple priorities.
· Familiarity with project tracking software and modern communication tools.
Bonus Experience:
· Experience or interest in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), QGIS, or mapping software.
· Knowledge of UAV operations, commercial drone regulations, or drone applications in industrial sectors.
· Background in data analysis and operational logistics.
Additional Details:
· Eligibility to live and work in the US with high fluency in English.
· Be able to access the Littleton office on a regular basis and when required.
· The successful candidate will be required to complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle check, and reference check during the onboarding process.
