What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead with purpose: Own the implementation process from start to finish, guiding clients through each stage with clarity and confidence.
- Listen and understand: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and clients to deeply understand their goals, technical requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Plan and organize: Set clear expectations through kickoff calls, project plans, timelines, and transparent communication.
- Collaborate across teams: Work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions.
- Keep things moving: Track progress, manage dependencies, and proactively remove blockers to keep projects on track and on time.
- Be the trusted guide: Serve as the go-to resource for clients throughout the implementation process—providing updates, solving problems, and delivering value.
- Empower through training: Lead onboarding sessions and workshops to ensure users feel confident and supported from the get-go.
- Transition with care: Partner with the Customer Success team for a smooth hand-off post-implementation, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Drive feedback forward: Capture insights from every interaction to help us improve how we serve our customers and evolve our solutions.
What you need to be successful:
- A customer-first mindset with the technical knowledge to back it up.
- 3 years of experience in technical implementation, onboarding, or project management—ideally in a SaaS or cybersecurity environment.
- Solid background in Linux and Windows system administration, IP networking, and a general comfort navigating cloud environments (Azure or AWS experience is a bonus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills—you know how to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written—you can make the complex feel simple and the technical feel human.
- A collaborative spirit—you work just as well with engineers as you do with clients.
- Curious and proactive—you anticipate challenges and take ownership of finding solutions.
- Familiarity with project management tools (like Jira, Trello, or Asana) and a knack for documentation and follow-through.
