Cybermedia Technologies (CTEC) www.ctec-corp.com is a CMMI Level III company that has provided technology and management solutions to commercial and government clients across the USA for over 20 years. We are currently looking for a PMO Analyst to join our team supporting our Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
Responsibilities:
- Initiating and tracking nomination paperwork, managing PMO workflow for project staff, creating and managing relationships with other government organizations to realize process efficiencies, conducting needs assessments for the client to identify areas requiring additional support
- Gathering inputs from across multiple teams to draft and develop regular reports as well as ad hoc communications.
Work you'll do

Qualifications
Required:
• Bachelor’s degree or combination of education, professional training, or work experience
Preferred:
• Exposure to PMO Consultant work
• Knowledge of IRS processes and procedures, including IRS One SDLC, Risk Management, Change Management, and Reporting
• Knowledge of the following: Government Projects, Project Coordination, Internal Communications and Resources Management
Clearance Requirements:
· US citizen, must have active IRS MBI Public Trust clearance
