In addition to our recent growth in Federal Civilian agencies, we are seeking to expand our capabilities in cloud development and footprint in national-security focused agencies within the Department of Defense and U.S. Intelligence Community.

Client :

CTEC develops and delivers innovative customer-centric technologies and solutions that facilitate the Department of Energy's (DOE) Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).

Job Summary :

Supervises the engineering activity (all disciplines) on a project or designated portions of a project for a global business unit. Plans and directs engineering assignments on the project. Demonstrates technical responsibilities for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating these assignments.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Supervise engineering activities across all disciplines on a project or designated portions of a project.
• Plan and direct engineering assignments to ensure project objectives are met.
• Interpret, organize, execute, and coordinate engineering assignments.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely completion.
• Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams.
• Prepare and review engineering documentation, including reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project adherence to design and safety standards.
• Resolve technical issues and provide solutions to engineering challenges.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
