Azure MLOps Architect (Hybrid- 4 weeks onsite then remote)

Location : San Francisco, CA 94107
Contract : 2 month contract
Key job responsibilities :
Building a new Azure MLOps platform to host their recommendation models.
Build ML Work Flows, ML Serving Platform to host different kinds of models, build ML deployment pipelines in Azure, Expertise in ML Model Experimentation.
Qualifications :
Degree or certification in Web Development, Digital Programming, Computer Science, or equivalent experience in a related skillset.
MLOps engineering and architecture experience.
High-performance model serving experience.
Experience in building ML Work Flows, ML Serving Platforms.
ML Model Experimentation experience.
Building ML Deployment experience in Azure.
Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have :
Experience with Databricks.
GCP experience.
A solid understanding of Cosmos DB (especially DogDB / Stardog schema), vector search, embeddings, serverless compute, Kubernetes (AKS).
Experience with infrastructure tools like Terraform is essential, with app development and infrastructure as the primary focus and data engineering as a secondary skill.
They should excel in designing and optimizing solutions involving low-latency services, API gateways, and event hubs, with a strong focus on performance tuning and load management.
