We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Owner to join our dynamic product team. With a deep understanding of product management, agile methodologies, and customer-driven development, you will drive the creation and optimization of innovative products that meet both business and user needs. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and engineering, ensuring that our products are built to deliver maximum value.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will lead and manage product initiatives from concept to execution, with a strong focus on aligning business objectives with user-centric designs. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely while attending in-person meetings as needed.

• Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy in alignment with business goals, customer needs, and market trends.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage and collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, engineering teams, marketing, sales, and design to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment.
• Backlog Management: Prioritize and maintain a well-defined product backlog. Ensure that user stories are clear, actionable, and meet the needs of the business.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, UX/UI design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Agile Methodologies: Drive agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) and ensure that product development aligns with agile best practices.
• Market Research & User Feedback: Conduct market research, user interviews, and analyze competitor products to inform product decisions.
• Product Lifecycle: Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch enhancements.
• Metrics & KPIs: Define success metrics and KPIs for product performance and work with the analytics team to track and measure product outcomes.
• Leadership: Mentor and guide junior Product Owners and contribute to the development of the broader product management team.

• Experience: 10 years of product management experience, with a proven track record of delivering successful products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Agile Expertise: Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
• Leadership: Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience using data analytics to guide product strategy.
• Customer-Centric: Deep understanding of customer needs and user experience, with the ability to translate these into actionable product features.
• Product Management Tools: Proficiency with product management tools like Jira, Aha!, or similar.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage multiple competing priorities.
• Location: Must be based in the USA with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings as required (hybrid role).

• Experience in [specific industry or domain, e.g., SaaS, E-commerce, Healthcare, Fintech].
• Certification in Product Management (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner - CSPO).
• Experience leading a team of product owners or managing large product portfolios.
