Experience This classification must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in electronic data processing systems study, design, and programming. At leastthree (3) years of that experience must have been in a lead capacity. Education This classification requires the possession of a bachelor's degree in anIT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on ayear-for-year basis. Mandatory Staffing Qualifications (MSQs) NON-KEY STAFF Minimum of four years of experience working in a Software Project conducting analysis, design, configuration or development, and testing. Minimum of two years of experience in PS FSCM version 9.x for any combination of the following modules : General Ledger Chart of Accounts Trees Cash Management Accounts Receivables and Billing Accounts Payables Oracle SQL and PeopleSoft Queries PeopleCode and PeopleSoft Reports PeopleSoft Application Engine PeopleSoft Integration Broker Minimum of two years of experience providing solutions for identified functional gaps / enhancements including analysis, requirements identification, design, build, test, and system maintenance and support.
