Role Title – QA Analyst Location : Austin, TX (Onsite) Duration : 3 years Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing test plans for product defects
- Reviewing and approving test results
- Developing and tracking test metrics
- Helping maintain the quality of products.
- Analyzing and monitoring the performance of products / features
- Working closely with the product team on the design and development of new features
- Ability to build relationships with project sponsors, stakeholders, other technical staff, vendors, and end users.
- Testing all phases of complex web applications.
- Coordinate with UAT team on UAT test strategy, and UAT test data
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Creating and maintaining documentation and tutorials
- Ensure that user expectations are met during the testing process.
- Produce status reports and communications on a regular basis. Qualifications
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience working on system development projects (with SDLC)
- Minimum 3 years of software testing experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience executing SQL queries and validating test results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of users and team members.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project delivery dates.
- Familiar with Agile methodologies
Salary : $40 - $42
