Job Description :
The Database Developer, will serve as a ETL developer and data analyst , responsible for understanding business requirements, performing data analysis, design, build, test, and implement functionalities based on the business requirements. The candidate will work extensively with Data Conversion Team to populate the Target database and provide reports with metrics on data conversion throughout the Software development life cycle (SDLC) of a complex pension administration solution.
Responsibilities :
- Interface with customer, gather requirements and create mapping documents.
- Has a strong understanding of the overall software delivery lifecycle and activities.
- Expertise in developing ETL packages using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) (Data Extraction, Transformation, and loading from heterogeneous Sources to SQL Server target).
- Strong in T-SQL Scripting. Designing, Developing, Testing SQL queries.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005 or above.
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Security and User administration.
