POSITION -
Java Solutions Architect JOB DETAILS OUTLINE OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for all aspects of the lifecycle of the ServiceNow platform, including design, development, planning, implementation, configuration, and ongoing support.
- Perform ServiceNow implementation tasks including but not limited to : Development, configuration, integration and testing.
- Develops and maintains IT architecture diagrams of enterprise, business, data, security and / or technology architectures for IT solutions, concepts, and strategies to meet business requirements for target audiences.
- Works with a team on designing and developing Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) forms.
- Tests and implements new OMR forms.
- Support and troubleshoot users reported problems with OMR form processing.
- Designs and builds GUI front end using JSF and JavaScript based custom components.
- Analyzes functional business applications and design specifications.
- Develops block diagrams and logic flowcharts.
- Codes, tests, debugs, maintains and refines the computer software to produce the required product.
- Prepares required documentation, including both program-level and user-level documentation.
- Enhances and develops high performance real-time for web-enabled products.
- Develops systems integrations and process automation by fully utilizing the platform's workflow capabilities, including Flow Designer.
- Contributes to the architecture framework of Software as Service delivery model and application as Service model.
