Rate : - $75-80 / hr. on C2C Conversion rate is $175k / annum with all benefits included.

Location : Indianapolis, IN (Prefer local)

Contribute to the execution of engineering projects, ensuring their successful completion within defined timelines and quality standards.

Develop and implement engineering solutions, adhering to best practices and leveraging appropriate tools and technologies.

Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and performance of deliverables.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to address issues and challenges encountered during project execution.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and operations, to ensure project alignment and successful outcomes.

Communicate project progress, risks, and challenges to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Skills and experience required.

Experience as React Native Developer with hands on experience in React Native, MVVM, Node.JS, Java, Kotlin etc.

Should have experience with React Native / Flutter / IOS / Android Architecture, development and optimization.

dvanced knowledge of Android development leveraging Jetpack Compose / Kotlin / MVVM is required.

Experience with Migrating react native applications to Flutter, greenfield and CMMS Kotlin app to React Native

Perform Advanced Android development leveraging Jetpack Compose / Kotlin / MVVM

Should know how to Develop Node.js microservices hosted in GCP / Docker / Kubernetes

Exp with Developing / Architecting multiple azure-based Xamarin cross-platform native mobile apps

Native IOS / Android Arch, Development in Swift / Kotlin / RxSwift / SwiftUI / Objective-C / Tensorflow for A.I.
