CyberTec seeks a highly skilled Strategic Financial Operations Lead to join our team in South Gate, CA. This role offers an estimated salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year.
Job Description
This is a full-time position requiring 100% onsite work at our South Gate office with occasional travel to Los Angeles area offices. The successful candidate will lead the business process review through finance, accounting, and company operations departments.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in identifying opportunities to automate manual processes in NetSuite, documenting business processes and procedures, extracting business outcomes and objectives, and creating data flow maps.
Key responsibilities include hosting workshops with finance and accounting personnel to walk through processes, facilitating storytelling, and summarizing into technical documents using Microsoft Visio.
Additionally, this role involves presenting business requirements to management and IT with NetSuite development teams, developing testing scripts, and hosting business through UAT process.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with 5 years of Business Analysis experience in a financial role
- 5 years of NetSuite experience, preferably system administrator level
- Finance and accounting background, with Green Belt/SIX SIGMA certification preferred
- Exceptional writing, clear communication, and demonstrated expertise with Visio and MS Office suite
- 2 years of project management experience with Monday.com
