Job Title : Technical Product Owner (Financial - Treasury)
Employment Type : C2H Must have RTH in 6 months
Role : Project Manager
Technology : Project Management, Jira, financial planning
Work Location : Skillman, NJ (3 days / week onsite)
Required skills :
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Treasury transformation, Treasury operations, financial planning & analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and delivering large-scale Treasury transformation programs in a fast-paced environment, working across multiple stakeholders / partners. Experience communicating and working with a global audience.
- Familiarity with Treasury technology applications and platforms, including financial systems and reporting tools, ERP systems, and automation tools / applications.
- Experience with Java, ABAP Dev-Ops, and ECC SAP ERP Treasury modules support.
- Experience in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimation and roadmap planning.
- Familiarity with Audit / Service Now metrics and dashboarding.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to manage, motivate, and influence a cross-functional team of professionals.

Education :
Bachelor's degree in Treasury, accounting, business, or a related field; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
