Position Summary:

As a Commercial Surveillance Installer, you will work on the installation, configuration, and maintenance of surveillance systems at various commercial sites. We provide comprehensive technical training, so prior experience in surveillance installation is not required. Your skills in electrical work, construction, or general handyman tasks will be essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure surveillance equipment, including cameras, wiring, and network components.
• Work with team members to ensure secure, high-quality installations that meet client specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to maintain system integrity.
• Provide clients with basic operational instructions on their new systems.
• Collaborate with clients and project managers to complete installations on time and within scope.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in electrical work, construction, or handyman services.
• Comfort with power tools, hand tools, and basic wiring.
• Willingness and ability to learn new technical skills related to surveillance systems.
• Ability to work at heights, including on ladders or scaffolding, as required by installation sites.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications (but not required):

• Experience with network systems, cabling, or AV installations.
• Basic knowledge of low-voltage wiring.
