As an Application/Manual Tester, you will collaborate with stakeholders to define testing requirements, contribute to the development and modification of applications, and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues. Your role includes documenting processes, communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive testing plans for software applications, ensuring functionality, performance, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify testing requirements, develop test cases, and establish testing protocols.
- Contribute to the development of new applications and modifications of existing ones, ensuring quality assurance standards and user specifications are met.
- Analyze complex system requirements, user needs, and data flows, developing solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing systems.
- Provide technical expertise in application testing and development, ensuring all software components function as intended.
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain detailed documentation throughout the software development and testing lifecycle.
- Manage tasks related to multiple projects, prioritizing activities to ensure timely completion.
- Review and analyze system performance data to identify and resolve issues and optimize performance.
- Communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders, providing clear documentation and support.
- Ensure application testing and development activities comply with organizational policies and industry regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Extensive knowledge of application testing methodologies, software development practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Proficiency in systems analysis, with the ability to design, develop, and integrate complex software applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create clear documentation.
- Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry trends in application development and testing.
- A passion and understanding of hunting and fishing in the Client’s region.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, software engineering, or a related field.
- Three years of experience in application testing, software development, or a related field.
