As a senior Business Data Analyst within the Client, you will be instrumental in enhancing data governance, ensuring data quality, and collaborating with stakeholders across departments to analyze, design, and deliver data-driven solutions. You will work closely with the Data Office, Business, IT, and other teams to support the Data Quality Enhancement initiative, leveraging tools like SQL, Power BI, and Tableau to drive business data analysis and communication. This is a self-starter role that requires effective prioritization and management of daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
- Work effectively with business process and data owners to document and understand data-related business objectives.
- Gather and evaluate requirements for new systems or enhancements based on business and technical needs.
- Manage multiple projects, timelines, and priorities.
- Support team members by designing customizable reports using available tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
- Develop innovative data strategies to meet business requirements, leveraging existing technology or new tools.
- Design automated and manual solutions to meet business objectives through data-focused strategies.
- Structure large data sets to extract usable information for business solutions.
- Collaborate with business and technology teams to collect and analyze data.
- Create reports and visualizations for internal teams and stakeholders.
- Present findings and recommendations to business leaders and executives through written and verbal communication.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Minimum five years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, data science, or related fields.
- Proven experience in an Agile development environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with both business and technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience designing dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Knowledge of Excel, DAX, and Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with technology or data organizations.
