As a Business System Analyst, you will be responsible for implementing Agile practices, including story writing and requirements gathering. You will deliver written project deliverables and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as a business systems analyst on medium to large projects
- Communicate and collaborate with Agile delivery teams, technical staff, business partners, and vendors
- Define and capture project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Write UAT test scripts from use cases and perform UAT testing
- Identify and document project risks and actions to mitigate them
- Track requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Utilize Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence effectively
- Analyze and use logic and reasoning to assess alternative solutions and approaches
- Meet deadlines with minimal direct supervision
- Demonstrate excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Proven experience as a business systems analyst for medium to large projects
- Ability to communicate and collaborate with Agile delivery teams and other stakeholders
- Skilled in defining and capturing project requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Proficient in writing UAT test scripts and performing UAT testing
- Experience identifying and documenting project risks and actions for mitigation
- Strong track record in tracking requirements throughout the SDLC lifecycle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, ADO, JIRA, and Confluence
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use logic and reasoning to evaluate solutions
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Election experience is preferred
- Preferred certifications include Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe certifications
