As a Dynamics 365 Lead, you will guide the implementation and management of Microsoft’s Power Platform, focusing on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules. You will leverage your expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse to design, configure, and support business solutions while adhering to best practices in platform governance.

As a Dynamics 365 Lead, you will guide the implementation and management of Microsoft’s Power Platform, focusing on Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules. You will leverage your expertise in PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse to design, configure, and support business solutions while adhering to best practices in platform governance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the customization, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, focusing on Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Conduct requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and solution design for Microsoft Power Platform implementations.
- Design and develop web components using .NET, SQL, Azure, Power Platform, and C#.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues, providing documentation and solutions.
- Provide guidance on Microsoft’s licensing model for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Implement business solutions following best practices and refine platform governance approaches.
- Develop and distribute technical documentation and mock-ups for business use.
- Serve as a liaison between IT and business units, addressing issues and recommending solutions.
- Recommend efficient solutions using Power Platform features based on business requirements.
- Contribute to process improvements within the Business Enablement Services program.
- Participate in on-call support and after-hours work as needed.
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service modules.
- Strong experience in customizing and deploying Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
- Proficiency in .NET, SQL, Azure, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Dataverse.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Dynamics 365 technical issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft licensing models for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing complex tasks.
- Experience in reviewing and improving processes to align with business priorities.
- Familiarity with DevOps in Power Platform (Power Pipelines/ALM Accelerator).
- Flexibility to provide on-call and after-hours support when needed.
