As an Infrastructure / DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, automating, and managing infrastructure solutions for performance testing environments. This role requires strong expertise in Microsoft-based virtual platforms, SQL Server, CI / CD pipelines, and automation tools. You will work closely with development teams to streamline deployments and optimize infrastructure performance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Build and manage a new QA environment for performance testing.
- Set up Microsoft-based virtual platforms and SQL Server infrastructure.
- Develop CI / CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment.
- Automate routine tasks using Salt, PowerShell, Python, and GitHub Actions.
- Ensure a streamlined deployment and environment management process.
- Optimize infrastructure for high availability and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure-related issues.
- Collaborate with Agile teams to integrate DevOps best practices.
- Implement security best practices for infrastructure and deployments.
- Document processes and create sustainable runbooks for disaster recovery.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
