Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with development teams, UI/UX designers, and business analysts to create reusable UI components
- Ensure UI components are accessible, performant, and compliant with WCAG 2.1 and ADA standards
- Conduct accessibility testing using JAWS and browser plugins to verify compliance
- Develop front-end solutions using React.js, HTML5, and CSS frameworks
- Implement backend functionalities using current Java versions and relevant IDE tools such as Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio
- Work with JPA and current Spring frameworks to enhance application functionality
- Utilize Spring Boot and Spring Data in development projects
- Participate in Agile development processes as a key programmer
- Maintain awareness of user experience design principles and standards
- Support the development and maintenance of applications within the JBOSS Enterprise environment
- Strong background in React.js with at least 5 years of experience
- Proficient in HTML5 and CSS frameworks with a minimum of 5 years of experience
- In-depth knowledge of ADA, WCAG 2.1, Section 508 compliance policies, and user experience design principles, with at least 5 years of experience
- Experience with current Java and relevant IDE tools like Eclipse/JBoss Developer Studio for at least 3 years
- Familiarity with JPA framework for a minimum of 2 years
- Experience with current Spring framework, Spring Boot, and Spring Data for at least 2 years
- Proficient in Java 8 programming with at least 3 years of experience
- Experience working in an Agile development environment for at least 2 years
- Familiarity with JBOSS Enterprise environment is desirable, with at least 2 years of experience
