Mobile Deployment Technician

Job Description:

As a Mobile Deployment Technician, you will be responsible for assisting with mobile device refreshes and replacements. You will collaborate with other IT professionals on large-scale migration projects, upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads, resolve any issues, and educate users on usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with mobile device refreshes and replacements.
• Collaborate with IT professionals to execute migration projects.
• Upgrade and configure iPhones and iPads.
• Resolve difficulties and provide user education on device usage, backup procedures, and troubleshooting.
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Experience with iPhone and iOS.
• Knowledge of Mobile Device Management.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 10 pounds daily.
• Ability to stand and walk in a classroom setting daily.
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $50.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
