As a .Net Application Developer, you will develop and support large, complex, mission-critical enterprise software systems. Your role will include improving the stability and supportability of the Enterprise system, assessing operational states, and driving continuous improvements. You will also lead risk identification, troubleshoot complex scenarios, and document standards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT expertise in the development and support of enterprise software systems.
- Improve the stability and supportability of the Enterprise system.
- Assess and enhance the operational state of network, compute, and security operations.
- Evaluate evolving needs of Enterprise systems and ensure adequate capacity.
- Lead risk identification, troubleshooting, and resolution for complex scenarios.
- Develop and document standards, policies, and processes.
- Maintain and enhance documentation of architecture and troubleshooting methods.
- Develop and measure KPIs for network, compute, and security.
- Apply OO concepts and design patterns.
- Understand TFS, build, and deployment processes.
- Solve problems and think critically.
- Work independently and communicate effectively with team members.
- Build strong team, vendor, and customer relationships.
- IT expertise in large, complex, mission-critical enterprise software systems.
- Experience with network, compute, and security operations.
