The Portfolio Management Technology team is looking for a talented technologist to develop software and solutions for our private cloud-based trading platform. The team is responsible for building ultra-low latency, high volume, and reliable next generation trading platform. The application should support processing several billions of transactions during market hours. Evaluating complex user requests and clarifying and communicating the objectives in a clear and concise manner
Conducting and preparing feasibility studies for new and existing applications

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field Hands on experience gained through 6-10 years in a software development role Experience with full stack application development technologies, RESTful APIs, Relational and Document-Based databases, and Cloud technologies The ability to work independently and to effectively interact and collaborate with all types of stakeholders, both technical and business, peers, and leaders The ability work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to multiple projects simultaneously Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills The ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and learn new technologies Strong customer focus with a sense of ownership and determination to drive solutions in a collaborative environment Required - Excellent coding experience in C#/.NET (7 years) Required - Working experience with IBM MQ, Kafka, Aerospike (NoSQL) database, Splunk (logging), JSON/XML, PCF (Cloud), Caching, Performance Analysis & Profiling, Twelve-Factor App Methodology, Resiliency Patterns, Observability Patterns, Agile Practices etc. Required - Working experience building scalable and High-Performance applications Required Experience being a technical lead for a team and/or project. Desired - Expertise with Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform), Docker and Kubernetes Desired - Familiarity with Schwab Technology ecosystem.
