As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting network and voice technologies within the Enterprise Voice/Networking team. This role involves working with Cisco Call Manager and Webex Cloud Calling, and providing support for complex enterprise VOIP issues. The position will evolve with the implementation of new technologies and the transition from on-premises Cisco CUCM to Cisco Cloud-Based Webex Calling.

As a Network Engineer, you will be responsible for managing and troubleshooting network and voice technologies within the Enterprise Voice/Networking team. This role involves working with Cisco Call Manager and Webex Cloud Calling, and providing support for complex enterprise VOIP issues. The position will evolve with the implementation of new technologies and the transition from on-premises Cisco CUCM to Cisco Cloud-Based Webex Calling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Add/Move/Changes (MACDs) within Cisco Call Manager (CUCM), supporting enterprise voice services for over 15,000 State of Client employees.
- Handle MACDs for Cisco Unity Voicemail.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex enterprise VOIP issues on the Cisco platform.
- Address network/TCP-IP communications issues affecting enterprise voice.
- Design and implement complex dial plans using Cisco Call Centre Express (UCCX).
- Program, provision, and decommission Cisco desk phones for customers.
- Provision Cisco Jabber Soft Phones.
- Transition to Webex Cloud Calling, including daily administration, MACDs in the Webex Control Hub, and provisioning Webex software-based and cloud-based desktop phones.
- Maintain ties to RedSky E911 application for E911 tracking purposes.
- Update and create complex voice dial plans within Oracle Session Border Controllers (a plus).
- Cisco CCNA or CCNP certification is a plus.
- Experience with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus.

- Experience with MACDs and provisioning within Cisco Call Manager and Unity Voicemail
- Expertise in resolving enterprise VOIP and network communications issues
- Experience with Cisco Call Centre Express (UCCX) and provisioning Cisco Jabber Soft Phones
- Familiarity with transitioning to and managing Webex Cloud Calling
- Experience with Oracle Session Border Controllers and ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus
