- Manage the administration of an enterprise document management platform as part of a team.
- Complete customer requests and projects to adjust or enhance the platform.
- Handle operations and maintenance tasks related to the assigned tool.
- Develop, track, and document changes or procedures/processes.
- Work effectively with a team and communicate well with customers.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of workflow and approval processes.
- Experience with MSSQL and IIS is preferred.
