As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting 2-year content reviews of Web, Mobile, and Communication content with key stakeholders, including RPS Business, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance through Workfront. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting 2-year content reviews of Web, Mobile, and Communication content with key stakeholders, including RPS Business, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance through Workfront. You will work closely with SME and BSR reviewers to ensure accuracy and consistency across channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct 2-year content reviews of Web, Mobile, and Communication content with stakeholders through Workfront.
- Ensure correct disclosures are on web, mobile, and communications in collaboration with ICRM.
- Partner with UX communication strategist and Product Owners on content reviews.
- Review and address suggestions from key stakeholders, such as call center or marketing.
- Ensure consistency in terms, phrases, and language across channels.
- Inventory and create product documentation within Confluence and SharePoint.
- Support content governance by managing messaging and document reviews for Web and Mobile.
- Assist with the annual attestation of special messaging and custom documents with relationship management.
- Help create and maintain product metrics.
- Assist with research and prioritization of application support requests.
- 3-5 years of experience supporting a product, with prior recordkeeping administration or client communications experience preferred.
- Experience collaborating with technology teams, product, marketing, and business partners to implement digital experiences.
- Experience in crafting and implementing processes, procedures, and controls for managing the administration of a retirement plan product.
- Curiosity, a can-do attitude, and the ability to learn quickly and thrive in a complex, dynamic environment.
- Ability to garner respect from Scrum teams, lead with value-add principles, and actively contribute to getting the job done.
- Attitude of transparency, with a focus on bringing disclosure and building trust between the business and development.

- Prior experience using Jira and Confluence preferred, with an understanding and appreciation of Agile.
