Project Manager (Network) - Remote

Job Description:

As a Project Manager (Network), you will lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of infrastructure, network security, and network/voice service projects. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed within the defined timelines and budgets, while collaborating with business users to incorporate their input. The role requires strong customer relationship management, project management skills, and technical expertise in security audits and network services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and report on security audit findings and remediation progress to stakeholders and project teams.
• Assist executive management, division directors, and IT staff in leading project tasks, resources, and deliverables.
• Use project management tools, reports, templates, and provide mentoring, training, and coaching to IT project teams.
• Collaborate with staff and vendors to fulfill IT project requirements.
• Apply project management best practices, including risk, quality, and change management.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with client’s project management policies and standards.
• Coordinate activities for cross-functional teams.
• Develop and execute change strategies, including stakeholder analysis, communication, and adoption plans.
• Manage relationships across Client, customers, and vendors, aligning projects with business objectives.
• Proactively escalate critical issues and manage resolutions effectively.
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Strong background in customer relationship management and project management.
• Experience in infrastructure, network security, and network/voice services.
• Ability to track, report, and resolve security audit findings.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in risk management, quality management, and change management.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage project scope, timelines, and budgets.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
