Job Description :
The Project Manager Store Operations - TSA Precheck objectives are operations, project management and performance management, which you will deliver through strong analytical skills and partnership management between several Client Business Units (Planogram, Fixtures, Operations, Stores and Marketing) as well as our vendor partners.
Summary of Core Responsibilities :
Project management-
- Leading and coordinating work needed for physical set up in stores between multiple cross functional partners through weekly calls and trackers
- Solving any problems at a store level for in store set up via tickets and emails
- Submitting requests for store communications and workload, creating ziplines
Business relationships-
Maintain business relationship for both TSA PreCheck vendors including weekly callsContribute to discussions on any new contracts / amendments with legal and leadershipSubmitting any invoices to pay partnersMarketing-
Working with internal teams for marketing launches and assetsWorking with vendor partners for new marketing asks and approvalsTSA Precheck deployments-
Coordinate with operations partners to ensure stores are launching for PreCheck in a timely mannerHelping solve any bottlenecks in this process related to hiring, vetting, and in store readinessCreating site surveys in PowerPointLeadership updates-
Help coordinate updates to Field Leadership teamsCommunicate risks and program concerns to Travel leadership teamFinancials-
Forecasting sales and laborProviding forecasts and actual sales to accounting team every periodCommunication / Interactions : Internal & External Customers :
Engage regularly with external vendors.Respond to requests from internal stakeholders regarding various activity.Collaborate with immediate and cross-functional teams, create project plans, and implement timelines roll out.Manage cross functional relationships and ensure that other business units are supporting programs around Planogram, Fixtures, Operations, Stores and Marketing.Skills :
Preferred skills and experience :
Project management experience with strong financial acumen and data analysis.Intermediate to advanced in Microsoft Suite.Proven experience at least two year or relevant experienceOrganized, proactive personality, ability to multi-task, excellent communication skills.Aggressive and proactive attitude to solve problems and win at all levels.Excellent time management skills, able to multi-task prioritiesCapability to work in a fast paced and high-pressure environment with ability to work independently and execute across multiple groups.Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $30.00 to $50.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
