Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in requirement and functional design meetings to understand project scope and author test cases
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to clarify requirements and prepare testing strategies
- Develop and execute test cases, ensuring traceability to user stories and project requirements
- Prepare test plans, test data, and manage the QA environment readiness for execution
- Document test cases in Azure DevOps or similar Agile tools, share test cases with the development team, and coordinate testing results
- Manage defect tracking and remediation while maintaining traceability to user stories
- Ensure Sprint sign-off with product owners and handle test case execution for Agile and Waterfall projects
- Work closely with the UX/UI designer to raise defects and collaborate with QA specialists on complex projects
- Adhere to all QA processes, policies, and standards
- 7 years of experience in quality assurance and software testing (manual and automation)
- 5 years of experience with Agile and Waterfall development projects
- 5 years of experience documenting test cases in DevOps or other Agile tools
- 7 years of experience testing Java-based applications and Oracle databases
- 7 years of experience developing Agile testing strategies and test plans
- 5 years of experience translating Agile User Stories into test cases/scripts
- 7 years of experience working independently and in team environments
- 5 years of experience writing test scripts with automation tools
- 5 years of experience coordinating Agile automated testing
- 2 years of experience coding in Java for test automation scripts with Selenium
