As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of the Incident Management System within the enterprise Salesforce org and ensure seamless data integration with the Client Enterprise Business Solution (EBI) to support further data analysis. You will collaborate with Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Teams, and Stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions using Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions model.

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of the Incident Management System within the enterprise Salesforce org and ensure seamless data integration with the Client Enterprise Business Solution (EBI) to support further data analysis. You will collaborate with Product Support Specialists, Technical Leads, Development Teams, and Stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions using Salesforce's Public Sector Solutions model.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver low code, no code, and out-of-the-box Salesforce solutions.
- Participate in planning sessions to identify dependencies and develop strategies for incremental delivery of the Salesforce data model.
- Facilitate the early stages of project planning, ensuring clear goals, removing impediments, and keeping the team focused on objectives.
- Lead and facilitate scrum and agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Apply a deep understanding of Agile methods like story sizing, backlog management, and story mapping.
- Manage multiple complex, time-sensitive projects involving various stakeholders and external vendors.
- Support concurrent projects across different teams and business areas in a matrixed reporting environment.
- Remove roadblocks, manage workflows, and drive continuous improvement within the team.
- Mentor Product Owners in backlog grooming and Agile techniques.
- Proactively address issues, conflicts, and ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to team members on Agile principles and Scrum practices.
- Proven experience in delivering Salesforce Public Sector solutions with a focus on low code/no code approaches.
- Strong Agile and Scrum knowledge, with experience facilitating sprint planning and managing backlogs.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects with multiple teams in a complex, matrixed environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience leading agile ceremonies and facilitating continuous improvement within teams.
- Ability to address and resolve issues, keeping projects on track and teams aligned with goals.
