Salesforce Cloud Architect - Hybrid

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Cloud Architect, you will provide technical oversight for all new and existing SaaS implementations for the Client Enterprise Contact Centre team. The role involves managing Salesforce integrations and ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and maintainable solutions. You will work with vendors, customers, and end-users to define technical requirements, lead workshops, and ensure compliance with security guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in vendor solution design sessions, providing guidance on extensions, data conversion, environment provisioning, and application integration.
• Define technical requirements for new projects and future enhancements, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and performance goals.
• Lead technical workshops and design sessions, proposing and articulating design options with pros and cons.
• Review technical architecture deliverables to ensure quality and requirements traceability.
• Oversee the technical aspects of project environments, including adherence to development standards and quality assurance.
• Develop internal guidelines for the development team and oversee QA efforts.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security guidelines throughout the application lifecycle.
• Communicate technical concepts to executives and provide strategic technical leadership.
• Create and execute a training plan for the development team for transition to Maintenance & Operations.
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Salesforce experience with a minimum of 5 years leading Enterprise Salesforce implementations and familiarity with SFDX and Salesforce Development Lifecycle.
• Experience with Azure DevOps best practices and understanding of Azure Licensing and Costing is a plus.
• Proven track record of leading two full lifecycle CRM or ERP implementations, focusing on integration, data conversion, or extension development.
• Working experience in the governmental or public sector, along with knowledge in Behavioral and public health.
• Strong knowledge and experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, APEX, Force.com, and related technologies.
• Ability to design and document technical architecture solutions, manage technical change processes, and assess technical risks.
• Exposure to data migration, cloud integration projects, SQL, PowerBI, C#, .Net framework, and MS Dynamics 365 is beneficial.
• Preferred certifications include Salesforce Certified System Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, and Salesforce Experience Cloud Consultant.
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $85.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
