Salesforce Developer

Job Description:

As a Salesforce Developer, you will work on Case Management, Scanning and Search Platform, and Document Review Platform for various applications. This role focuses on supporting core IT systems that enhance both internal business processes and public-facing services, including over-the-counter and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions, particularly with the License, Permit, and Inspections module, and will lead state developers by demonstrating best practices in Salesforce implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of Salesforce solutions for Case Management and other platforms.
• Collaborate with state developers to ensure best practices in Salesforce development.
• Enhance and maintain Salesforce Public Sector Solutions with a focus on License, Permit, and Inspections module.
• Design and deploy custom objects, OMNI Scripts, Flow, and Apex classes.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
• Integrate Salesforce with other technologies such as Java and .NET.
• Work on Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud to support various MVC applications.
  
  

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

• Extensive experience with Salesforce, including Object Model, Custom Object design, OMNI Scripts, Flow, and Apex classes.
• Proficiency in SQL and Change Set Deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines via GitHub and Azure DevOps (preferred).
• Strong working knowledge of Java/.NET.
• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud.
• Work experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions (PSS), with a preference for License, Permit, and Inspections module.
  
  

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
