- Daily conduct system log monitoring and troubleshoot any interface errors or issues with online orders mainly within SAP R/3 system
- Support eCom process improvement projects and initiatives through evaluation of current work processes and identification of improvement strategies
- Distill vision and strategy for the team. Evangelize and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Assist in preparation of project planning and coordination, including but not limited to scheduling, defining roles, responsibilities, and documentation
- Work with cross functional teams including HQ, Engineering teams, operation teams, and vendors if required
- Assist in presenting re-engineered processes to all levels of the organization
- At least 2-5 years of experience supporting operations and product delivery using SAP R/3
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field required (Computer science or information sciences and technology undergraduate degree strongly preferred)
- Demonstrable ability to looks for areas of improvement and proposes process improvement initiatives
- Proven ability using Microsoft Office products to Expert/Advanced level
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment to achieve team goals and complete assignments within established deadlines
- Experience in Confluence and JIRA preferred
- Strong analytical skills; Strong interpersonal skills
- Korean speaking is a plus but not required
