As a Senior .Net Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions, utilizing Azure, Microsoft C#, .NET Framework (from 1.1 to current version), .NET Core, and ASP.NET. You will be responsible for both technical development and acting as a liaison between developers and management. Your duties will include supervising project progress, ensuring timelines and budgets are met, and providing technical guidance. You will also be involved in planning, processing, and performing tasks independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop software solutions using Azure, C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET, and related technologies
- Collaborate with management, providing technical advice on project requirements
- Delegate tasks, ensuring projects meet timelines and budgets
- Analyze, design, and implement technical solutions in alignment with project goals
- Mentor junior staff and share expertise through technical documentation or verbal instruction
- Conduct system testing, create test documentation, and develop technical documentation with application functionality
- Plan and implement technical project work, including lower-level tasks such as developing reports in HTML
- Utilize development tools like GIT, Azure, TFS, and Visual Studio
- Collaborate on multiple projects as needed across different departments
- Ensure software reusability and adherence to industry best practices
- 8 years of relevant experience in software development
- 4-year college degree preferred
- Expertise in C#, .NET Framework (1.1 to current), .NET Core, ASP.NET, SQL Server, and Azure
- Experience in project planning, technical design, and analysis
- Strong knowledge of GIT, TFS, and other development tools
- Proficiency in creating technical documentation and performing system testing
- Experience with manual QA testing processes
- Familiarity with SQL, including stored procedures, functions, tables, views, etc.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
