As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead the successful delivery of complex projects and programs at the Client. You will oversee tracking systems, manage project deliverables, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient execution of technology projects. This role requires strong leadership, facilitation, and change management skills, as well as knowledge of government operations and various project management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid). Additionally, you will partner with key stakeholders to ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with external vendors and cross-functional teams to manage project deliverables
- Foster a collaborative environment, working with matrix teams across departments
- Ensure adherence to project budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Oversee financials, including reviewing deliverable approvals and processing invoices
- Implement best practices and standardized processes to improve operational efficiency
- Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to key stakeholders
- Monitor and manage project requirements and deadlines from inception to completion
- Collaborate on vendor contracts, compliance, and procurement processes
- Advanced knowledge of project management tools (Planview, Microsoft Project, Visio, JIRA, SharePoint)
- Expertise in Project and Program Management, Financial Management, and Contract Lifecycle Management
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, translating complex data into actionable insights
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams in large-scale transformation projects
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with executives and stakeholders
- Experience in the public sector, PMP or PgMP Certification is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, adapt to frequent changes, and meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and time management skills
