As a System Operator, you will support a client-wide communications network. This network is critical for ensuring effective communication among all client groups. Your role will involve activating and maintaining radio information, handling system-related inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the network.

As a System Operator, you will support a client-wide communications network. This network is critical for ensuring effective communication among all client groups. Your role will involve activating and maintaining radio information, handling system-related inquiries, and ensuring the smooth operation of the network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update radio information in the network to activate radios.
- Maintain accurate records of user information.
- Resolve user issues by responding to questions and requests.
- Answer and respond to incoming telephone calls and email inquiries regarding system-related problems from both internal and external customers.
- Maintain client confidence by protecting sensitive information.
- Monitor system alarms and coordinate with technical maintenance personnel as needed.
- Contribute to team efforts to ensure the seamless operation of the network.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in system support or a similar technical support role.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and protocols.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical individuals and communicate clearly via telephone and email.
- High attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Solid technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
