Job Description :
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for IT system implementations, including a new Photo Speed Enforcement System. The role requires strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills to ensure successful system deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Gather and document business and system requirements for IT projects.
- Analyze and prioritize requirements to align with organizational goals.
- Create process models and workflows to improve business operations.
- Conduct data analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure system compliance.
- Assist with change management efforts and training materials.
- Document project progress, decisions, and system functionalities.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to evaluate and integrate solutions.
