Job Description :
As a Data Warehouse Architect, you will support data warehousing initiatives, ensuring efficient security, access, and data management processes. Responsibilities include maintaining security models, overseeing change management infrastructure, and supporting the migration of data warehouses to common processes. The role requires ensuring compliance with policies, conducting audits, mitigating findings, and providing technical support for escalated issues.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain complex Linux security models for ETL servers, authorizing user access and security structures
- Manage Teradata security and access, ensuring data integrity and compliance
- Oversee Common Batch Framework and Common Scheduler for accurate and timely data availability
- Administer change management infrastructure and promotion of code and DDL, including build engineer tasks
- Lead migration efforts for data warehouses supporting multiple program areas
- Establish and enforce data warehouse standards, policies, and procedures
- Conduct elevated access and user audits to ensure security compliance
- Address audit findings and provide input to System Security Plans (SSPs)
- Develop and execute Data Warehouse Continuity Planning and testing strategies
- Provide support for escalated troubleshooting and issue resolution
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $80.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
