As a Product Manager specializing in Confluence Document Management, you will lead efforts to enhance enterprise architecture documentation and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Confluence platform for enterprise architecture documentation
- Develop and implement content lifecycle management processes
- Educate users on best practices for content creation and management
- Monitor and analyze content usage, providing feedback for improvements
- Respond to enhancement requests and coordinate stakeholder outreach
- Optimize Confluence UI design and implement plugins for enhanced functionality
- Ensure alignment of documentation processes with enterprise architecture objectives
- Develop workflows to streamline knowledge sharing and collaboration
- Conduct research and present findings to improve Confluence usage
- Provide technical support and process recommendations for Confluence users
