Job Description :
The Salesforce Program Manager will lead and manage multiple projects within the client's Salesforce portfolio, ensuring alignment of business and IT resources to meet project requirements and deliverables. This role will include coordinating program activities, providing training on agile and SAFe methodologies, and ensuring the successful deployment and implementation of IT solutions. The individual will manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, monitor project risks, and facilitate communication across teams to ensure the success of all ongoing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align management, business, and IT resources for medium to large-scale projects.
- Train and coach agency staff on agile practices and Scaled Agile Framework for Enterprise (SAFe).
- Develop detailed project plans with timelines and deliverables to meet program and agency-wide objectives.
- Capture and report program management metrics to track progress.
- Monitor project milestones, ensuring they align with timelines and deliverables.
- Manage multiple DHHS program portfolio activities running in parallel, ensuring timely completion.
- Address and recommend actions for projects that are at risk, deficient, or non-compliant.
- Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings and work sessions.
- Provide ongoing and scheduled reporting to stakeholders on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
- Engage stakeholders proactively when project deliverables are at risk and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with State agency and DoIT project managers to monitor and report on various projects in the pipeline portfolio.
- Facilitate scrum of scrums across teams working on the same Salesforce organization.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $70.00 to $90.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
