As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the production readiness of the platform by managing risks, monitoring platform health, and proactively addressing potential issues. This role requires strong collaboration across development, operations, and product teams to align business objectives with technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage production operations, proactively identifying and addressing risks to ensure platform stability.
- Monitor platform health indicators, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to enhance system reliability.
- Drive proactive engagement in the development lifecycle to prevent operational challenges.
- Streamline and standardize application support processes to improve efficiency.
- Serve as the central communication point for internal and external stakeholders.
- Align operational priorities with product and customer-focused initiatives.
- Lead specific business operations projects aimed at improving platform quality.
- Develop and document platform procedures following best practices and standards.
