Job Description :
As a Software Integration Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of applications and infrastructure within a leading financial services organization. You will monitor Informatica workflow processes, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to process improvements for production readiness and system monitoring. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to support deployments, service recovery events, and maintenance activities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Execute and monitor Informatica workflow processes using Informatica tools.
- Perform complex SQL queries and analyze data across multiple databases, including Oracle, SQL Server, and MongoDB.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in production, documenting resolutions in the knowledge management system.
- Develop and improve monitoring dashboards, alerts, and system health checks.
- Perform debugging, issue triaging, and root cause analysis for system failures.
- Enhance production readiness processes to ensure operational support for new deployments.
- Coordinate application maintenance activities such as OS upgrades and disaster recovery exercises.
- Provide off-hours on-call support on a rotational basis for critical service recovery events.
- Support off-hours release deployments and validate application health post-deployment.
- Collaborate with team leaders to implement process improvements in production services and operations.
Required Skills, Experience, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $60.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
