Job Description :
As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for writing Mobile automation code using Espresso and / or XCUI frameworks for iOS and Android platforms. You will design robust automation test frameworks, ensure seamless execution of automated tests, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance QA processes. The role requires expertise in test automation, mobile development, and the ability to work with distributed teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and build a robust automation test framework from scratch using Espresso and / or XCUI for mobile retail and retirement applications
- Ensure continuous automation testing, analyzing results, and reporting failures promptly
- Research, implement, and train QA teams on Test-Driven Development and Testing Automation using Espresso / XCUI
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to define environment requirements and identify automation tools
- Foster an end-to-end testing approach across multiple applications
- Plan future QA tooling and technology decisions with geographically distributed teams
- Integrate project plans, testing schedules, and reporting metrics with product teams and Scrum Masters
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies :
The hourly range for roles of this nature are $40.00 to $70.00 / hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
