We’re looking for experienced Electrical and Controls Technicians to join a dynamic manufacturing team in Anderson, Indiana!
This role is ideal for multiskilled individuals who are passionate about troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving process control and operational support systems in a production environment.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Maintain & troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, control networks, and electrical systems (480V & below)
✔ Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance
✔ Support manufacturing execution, building automation, and energy management systems
✔ Analyze line performance data and assist with system improvements
✔ Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain safety, quality, and performance targets
💡 What You Bring:
✅ Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills (480V systems)
✅ PLC expertise — Allen Bradley preferred
✅ HMI systems knowledge (Wonderware InTouch/ArchestrA is a plus)
✅ A proactive, reliable, and continuous improvement mindset
✅ Flexibility to work off-shifts, weekends, and extended hours as needed
