Job Title: M3 COM Lead Consultant (Part-Time)

Job Type: Part-Time (with travel requirements) 20 hours per week

Location: Memphis, TN (Onsite travel required every other week through February 2025, then once per month)

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced M3 COM (Customer Order Management) Lead Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the COM workstream, supervising and coaching both offshore and onshore GDS resources. While knowledge of pricing is not mandatory, it will be considered a valuable asset. This role requires strong expertise in M3 to ensure effective team management and project leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the M3 COM workstream lead, overseeing the project and ensuring successful delivery.
• Supervise and coach GDS resources (both offshore and onshore).
• Provide guidance and expertise in M3 COM processes.
• Ensure effective collaboration between team members and stakeholders.
• Travel to Memphis, TN every other week through February 2025, with the potential for travel to reduce to once per month afterward.

Qualifications:

• M3 knowledge and experience are required.
• Experience in supervising and coaching offshore and onshore teams.
• Pricing knowledge is helpful but not mandatory.
• Ability to work part-time while effectively managing responsibilities.
• Willingness to travel to Memphis, TN as per the outlined schedule.
