Seeking a hard-working individual that will diagnose and repair RVs, Camper Trailers, Boats, Personal Watercraft, as well as Golf Carts and other specialty vehicle that fall outside the “Powersports” vehicle category. The ideal candidate will be a team player who takes pride in doing the job right. If you are self-motivated, organized, and have attention to detail, we want you!
This is an hourly full-time position working Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with 5 to 10 hours of overtime per month.

Summary of responsibilities: This person is responsible for reviewing and managing all repair orders for the RV, Marine, and Specialty vehicle segment. Specialty vehicles include but not limited to, Golf Carts, Power Equipment, Utility & Enclosed Trailers.
Basic Employee responsibilities:

- Always check in and out with your direct supervisors at the beginning and end of your daily shift.
Job specific requirements:
- Have a good working knowledge of computers.
- Have a good working knowledge of RV, Camper, & Marine vehicles and their mechanical operation.
- 2 years’ experience diagnosing & repairing RV’s & Camper trailers desired, but not required.
- Strong understanding of RV & Camper Trailer electrical systems.
- Strong understanding of RV & Camper Trailer hydraulic systems.
- Strong understanding of RV & Camper Trailer plumbing systems.
- Experience with Powersports vehicles and their mechanical operation a plus.
Primary Job responsibilities:
- Manage all open Repair Orders for RVM product & specialty vehicles. These responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Adding necessary notes, labor lines, and parts to repair orders.
- Recommending any additional repairs that fall within Recon policy.
- Reviewing aging R/O’s, tracking parts and sourcing alternative suppliers as needed.
- Following-up on R/O’s awaiting approval from the client.
- Diagnose & repair RV Chassis runnability/drivability issues.
- Diagnose & repair RV/Camper Trailer interior component issues. Including, but not limited to; INOP Slide function, Leveler function, Plumbing issues, Electrical issues.
- Diagnose & Repair runnability issues for Boats & Personal Watercraft.
- Mounting & Balancing Trailer tires as needed.
- Complete compression tests on all Boats and Personal Watercraft.
- Complete flush testing on all Boats & Personal Watercraft.
- Performing ECM reporting using supplied diagnostic equipment for Boats and Personal Watercraft.
- Perform Winterizing on Boats, RVs, & Camper trailers as requested by client.
- Replacing batteries and needed.
- Perform repairs & recalls on Golf Cart product as requested by client/manufacturer.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour $4 per billed hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
