Responsibilities
Front Office Duties:
- Greet and assist local customers, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
- Maintain the front office area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Coordinate customer appointments, including scheduling test rides and facilitating inquiries related to sales or trade-ins.
Administrative Support:
- Provide day-to-day administrative assistance to the CEO, including managing calendars, schedules, and correspondence.
- Handle emails and communication on behalf of the CEO, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, publications, and event organizers to promote Cycle Limited.
- Research and coordinate community engagement opportunities, including sponsorships and events.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee service agreements.
- Take ownership of projects assigned by the CEO to support business growth and operational efficiency.
